The Town of Farragut was selected by the BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee Foundation to receive a $750,000 play space in 2021. It is one of 10 play spaces to be built across the state in celebration of the company’s 75th anniversary. The new playground will be built behind Farragut Town Hall.
BlueCross Healthy Place grant applicants chose one of six project packages based on need in their community. Farragut chose the Thrive and Play design, an inclusive, multi-generational space.
